Or you could ask around for a class that cues modifications. I go to a general vinyasa class at my Y, and our teacher explains what pregnant women should do differently.

Yoga Heights Takoma has a pre & postnatal yoga class at 5:15 on Wednesdays (not sure if that time in general doesn’t work for you or just that time on Fridays, but figured I’d mention)

If you can come to NoVA mind the mat has them basically all week at two locations.
