I generally don't even look at expiration dates and go by the smell test, but 3 months? Even I wouldn't eat that.

NP. I did by trying a little bit raw expired tofu then spit out, it didn’t taste sour or weird so I fully cooked then ate it.

If it's still sealed and has been refrigerated, and doesn't look or smell weird, it's probably fine.
