I pulled steak tips and gravy (that I prepped a few weeks ago) out of the freezer. Will cook in the instant pot and serve with polenta and some sort of veggie.

Meatloaf, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes.
This afternoon I watched a Youtuber I enjoy, who makes vintage recipes, and this was the menu in today's video. Craved it all, so I'm making it.

I am currently making chicken corn soup, and just finished making a big batch of macaroni and cheese. So soup and Mac/cheese. Counting on leftovers to have on hand for a likely day home later in the week. Will make a good comfy lunch on a snowy day.

I’m making chicken curry. 11 year old was excited to eat that. She’s recently developed an appreciation to Indian food.
