The biggest problem with Elon is that he’s taken reasonable ideas where maybe the administration does need extra flexibility and costing them with dictator dust.
There’s a difference between moving quickly and snipping some red tape and completely ignoring the whole legal framework for our society.

Cite? Nearly everything in it is required by various laws congress has passed over the years. If he tries to change it without congress he’ll be locked in litigation for years.
