Seven Dials and Spitalfields Markets have good food options. There is also a fun food market on Southbank.

Second Camden Market - we had tea there in what was once a horse stable and is now a tea room/vintage shop. Jazz concert in the crypt of St. Martin in the Fields, Kew Gardens, Jack the Ripper walking tour in the East End of London, Tate Modern, Stonehenge, Hyde Park speakers corner, Tower of London tour.

Stayed in Le Marais in Paris and loved the walkability and proximity to so many things.

We had afternoon tea at I think this place and it was very nice:

We rented bikes at Hyde park and got great pictures at the flower garden there plus ice cream at the lake.

We saw Six on the west End.

+1 I wanted to do this but found out about it too late and couldn't get tickets. I've heard nothing but good things about it. My teen DDs liked a perfume making class. Montmartre was a hit. Also, if your kids were into the show Miraculous when they were younger, the parent's bakery is designed off a bakery there. There were several teens taking selfies in front of it, including my own, and acting like excited kids.

My girls looooved afternoon tea at the Shard. 13 and 10 years old. And seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle in all its glory in the evening.

Going mid June. Will hit the main tourist highlights but don't want to bore them with too much sight-seeing and walking. What were the hits on your trips?
