Really this is too much to ask of an Uber or Lyft driver. There are companies that specialize is transportation for elderly. They cost more and you have to book them in advance, but they are what you need.

Had to have my mother picked up and taken 5 minutes away in another state. Needed to talk someone about going in to her location to get her and her walker. It all worked out because I found Uber's driver support number, and then was able to call the driver once assigned, but come on. This is such a niche market with people willing to pay!
