If you still have a DVD player, you can borrow DVDs from the library!

Peloton has an option for chair exercises, low impact exercises etc. You could probably do a free trial.

I use The Body Project on you tube. They have hundreds of workouts of varying lengths, types and difficulty. I don't pay for youtube, so there are commercial breaks, unfortunately. I am from the Arms and Abs of Steel and Tai Bo vhs tape days and using streaming and/or my smart tv definitely is a challenge.

I need some help understanding exercise videos apps and/or videos. I’m looking for a chair yoga routine or other indoor exercise program. How do I access this? Do I need to purchase an app? Are these kinds of videos on Instagram or Tik Tok or YouTube?

Please be gentle — I’m from the generation that used Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons videos on a VCR. Trying to learn new stuff.
