Because the decision today was wise. We hope it's a trend.

It's going to be on-time. I don't think people realize how warm it is supposed to be tomorrow and Wednesday night. It's going to be above freezing by 10am. And it will stay above freezing. Ice won't be an issue on Thursday.

Normally I would expect a delay but it’s going to get warm and rainy and I actually think they will be on time.

I anticipate an on-time opening for MCPS on Thursday: we have rain on Wednesday afternoon/evening that will facilitate the work of plows and shovels.
