On that note, has anyone tried Oestra, the vaginal cream HRT?

I'm doing ALLOY for vaginal estrogen and it's around $125 every 4 months. I don't think I even interfaced with a doctor but I did fill out an online health questionnaire.
I've been to 5-6 different gyns during perimenopause (including a menopause specialist) and nobody cares. I have been offered birth control, hysterectomy, SSRIs, and vitamins. So, nothing that really addresses the hormone issue!

I think I am going to try it. I have been so surprised by how dismissive gyns are. Mine is this dynamic, theoretically great 55ish yo woman and she is dismissive. It's like they don't want to touch on anything but purely physical vagina issues. It's a little depressing considering menopause affects so much more and they are literally women's doctors.

How much do you pay for MIDI? Is it a monthly subscription or per visit?

Revamping this thread. I’m 46 and while I have been under a significant amount of stress feel that my almost overnight 10 pound weight gain may have more to do with perimenopause. How old are you all and did any of you go for weight management? The weight gain, especially around my midsection makes me feel like I’m in someone else’s body

I’ve seen much improvement in my brain fog, hot flashes, restless legs, dry skin, hair loss, and cycle. I’ve also recently started their semiglutide shot and it’s been great. Their labs ordered are thorough and one can message their provider with any follow-up questions. I dig it and will continue using it.

I did all this with GWU MFA OBGYN, and they also have the messaging and results in the portal. I have seen Dr Marko and NP Sarah Can’t Remember Last Name.

I did. Totally covered by my insurance. No problems at all.

Looked into them but in spite of saying they accept most insurance, they would not verify if that were true for mine. Online reviews complain about the bait & switch billing practice as well.

What did you think of the providers?
