I drink it and love it. No buzz at all. I drink it for the probiotic effects. It keeps me regular.

I love kombucha but it's more of an afternoon fizzy pick up for me. I used to brew it (Covid project for me while everyone else was baking sourdough bread).

Minimal alcohol (they don't card teenagers who buy it), and as far as caffeine, I assume there is some because it's made with tea, but I consider myself caffeine sensitive and if I drink it later in the day I've never noticed that it results in difficulty sleeping.

I drink it because I like it, but also for the probiotic effect.

Kombucha is basically a mushroom fermenting sugar with some tea added. There is a little bit of alcohol in it not enough to card you. Never heard of drinking so much where the alcohol kicked in.

The extra stuff is from the tea or flavoring you add to it. too much of this stuff depends on the stuff added. Should be on par with drinking same out of tea/flavoring without kombucha.

Are you noticing any changes in your health/body?

Nice. I also enjoy Kombucha.
I wonder about caffeine in Kombucha.

I have been doing dry Jan and now Dry Feb, and discovered Kombucha as a nice replacement. How much is too much Kombucha in a night? I really like the taste and fizz.
