My kid said 5 sections and some sections have smaller questions in it. Ha!

Maybe more than one question per section?
The “sections” is just based on how kids looked at the PSE and broke it down when they answered.

My impression is that ever since the change in admission testing, they are still tinkering with the test formats to see what works best, maybe looking at last year's and adjusting things.
Good! The less students know about what they're going to see coming in, the more valuable the assessment is.

Mine said it was much longer than expected - 9 questions vs. 2 last year. Mine didn't have time for 2 out of 9.
My impression is that ever since the change in admission testing, they are still tinkering with the test formats to see what works best, maybe looking at last year's and adjusting things.

My DD took it yesterday and didn’t seem bothered by the PSE question or the SPS. She said she finished with 20 minutes left so either she rushed through everything and (perhaps) missed something in the process, or she nailed it. Honestly just glad it’s behind us now 😅
