They do different prompts for the makeup session. Last year it was a question on solubility, while the first-day test takers got a math question.

Is this an "asking for a friend"? My kid did basically that exact same thing... or rounded to 4 instead of 3.8 in the 2nd part which made his answer in the 3rd part incorrect. I assume they will look to see if his answer to the 3rd part was done correctly with the numbers he was using rather than counting it totally wrong if the answer is wrong... but I have no idea.

Our prep class asked for the problem wording input immediately after the test and generated the solution by end of the day. They don’t have it ahead of time.

So they send someone in to take the test just to memorize the question?

Does TJ admissions release the test problem to public on the same day as the exam? Where is the problem posted, or do you need to sign up with TJ admissions to receive it? This video was posted on Feb 3, 2024 the same day the exam was conducted last year.
