She found this year’s test to be pretty easy. She had trouble with one problem. Finished with 7 minutes left and went back to the one problem she wasn’t sure about. No idea how her score will be, but I was pleased she wasn’t stressed about the timing.

May I know if the test was similar to the book I mean the same pattern of questions ?. Can you please share any information .

Other than practice tests you did with her, did your DD take any timed tests in school? I think some private schools still do time math in early ages but don’t know of any timed tests in public these days.

Thankfully they still did some math minute stuff in 4/5 grades as well as the Virginia math league practice tests.
Those caused her huge amounts of stress, but we always told her that it was better to practice being anxious because of the time than avoid it

My child took the test this morning. DC said it was on the computer. DC mentioned the test was “medium” (quite hard). DC finished all questions.

This is what we got from my kid's teacher:

"The test format has changed—it is now a computerized test instead of a paper-and-pencil test. One of the most significant changes is that the test now consists of a single section with 60 questions, and students will have 40 minutes to complete it. Previously, it was divided into four sections, each with 15 questions and a 10-minute time limit. The test will have a built-in timer that students can choose to display on their screen. If they find it distracting, they will have the option to hide it."
