The grocery store bakery is going to have a huge stockpile of fresh-made football themed frosted cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Just grab enough for 20 people and go. If you buy a cake, make sure you cut it into pieces ahead of time. Nobody is going to take a piece if it isn't pre-cut.

I used to buy brownie mix, and put half in the pan, top with dollops of raspberry preserves, then the rest of the mix. Top half with pecans.
People thought this was the bees knees.
Or you could just get a bucket of cream puffs from Costco and put out chocolate sauce with a ladle

Brownie sundae fixings for 20 adults: Two trays of brownies from a box mix (seriously, it couldn't be easier but takes an hour in the oven to cook.) Two tubs of ice cream (at least one should be vanilla), and 3 cans of Reddi-wip. I know from experience that people will love you forever for bringing that.

Just bring a tub of cookies or brownies. Don't overthink things. These will be half-drunk people shoving Takis in their mouths and belching out beer.

Agree with cookies or brownies. But if you want to dress it up - brownies, small plates, bowl of raspberries, and whipped cream.

Wegmans has really good chocolate chip cookies.

I’ve been asked to bring dessert to a Super Bowl party. I don’t bake or really eat much dessert. I’m more of an appetizer type! What would be a good dessert to bring that would be a hit with a group of about 20 adults? And low maintenance for me. I’m happy to buy something pre made.
