Not really. It's also not a generalized concern. Adding or removing unvetted unverified untested and unknown code to the program that runs Treasury's entire payment system is a defacto violation of multiple laws and a national security nightmare. That he likely generated that code with a random AI, because he doesn't know cobol, makes it even worse.

I'm surprised anyone is forced to resign for racist posts, since there are a number of such people in the Trump administration. Darren Beattie, for example:
