He had very little leadership on the goals set by the board. Board was frustrated that he wouldn’t really set academic goals or address testing differences amount student groups. Instead it seemed like he focused more on social emotional learning. Board eventually ended his contract.

He kept a teacher who he knew was sexually abusing little girls in the classroom for years. Look up John Vigna.
