20,000 seems entirely plausible across the entire federal govt. 200,000?? No way they’re getting that which means it’s going to get ugly for the rest of us who remain.

Nah, if you saw the written agreement they give people you would understand why people aren't signing. It's an amateurish contract and people don't trust they the government will abide by any of the terms....to the extent the vague and contradictory terms even mean anything.

I today learned of one additional person taking it, and one who might. Both already eligible for retirement, and one of them was retiring anyway.
