Both my kids admitted ED from DC catholic schools. Here is their range of stats which I think is indicative of the range of kids that Cornell admits:

Kid 1. 34 ACT 3.7 UW
Kid 2. 1580 SAT 4.0 W

NYC private, ED GPA range 3.6 - 3.9, SAT 1450 to 1520. For RD, 3.7 to 4.0, SAT 1490 to 1580.

(one outlier with 3.5 GPA and 1310 SAT)

all GPAs are unweighted

FWIW my kid was within the scattergrams but was waitlisted RD.
