We went last year. It was perfectly fine. Had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen that worked well for us. We played tennis and used some of the games. Didn't eat much on site because we were always out and about. There was a great escape room nearby and a really good Mexican restaurant. I would go back (if I didn't have to deal with the timeshare pitch).

I went a few years ago. It was fine. Not great. Not terrible. Typical timeshare place.

Can anyone speak to their stay at Kingsgate recently? We're thinking of booking for spring break and all of the positive reviews on this site are older, while some of the more recent reviews, elsewhere, are less encouraging.

We're using IL's timeshare points so cost isn't an issue. We've stayed at a different timeshare in the area before, which we liked, but are interested in something different and Kingsgate seems to have more amenities. Right now I'm deciding between the tried and true or the hope of something better, but definitely not worse!

How is the overall condition of the resort and the suites? I think some of the units have been renovated, but maybe not all...? Is noise from other adjoining units an issue? Cleanliness? I'm not worried about fending off timeshare sales pitches, but want to have a nice place to stay for the week. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
