Some apply for a digital nomad visa and others just stay the max number of days (180) on a tourist visa.

I would pick Portugal. You could use it as a base to explore the rest of Europe.

Not every country grants the DNV to W2 employees. In Spain, I believe it is only for independent contractors.

My husband's company just updated their policies to allow international telework, so we want to start taking advantage of that pretty quickly. Has anyone here ever used a digital nomad visa? What has been your favorite country that you've been to? From perusing the list, Malta jumped out at me immediately, but I'd love to hear other opinions!
