Blanks do not negatively impact grades. Only a Z0 or Z50 will.
You cannot leave a blank in synergy and submit it, you have to convert it to excused, 0 or 50%, there are people who check and get on teachers for having blanks in their gradebooks

Looking at Parent Vue, the assignment seems to have disappeared. I know sometimes things don’t sync so maybe it is still being updated, but is it also possible that the teacher didn’t grade it and just removed it from the calculation?
