Agree. Marylebone is wonderful and walkable to so much. Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and Leicester Square are so close to each other that it makes no real difference to differentiate.
All of the areas listed are fine. I’d prioritize the specifics of a particular hotel/apartment over being near a particular landmark. Like the PP, I’d vote Marylebone because it’s “home” to me and lets me get everywhere I want to go easily, but isn’t quite as people-y.
