This past year most kids didn't have a CogAt score because they were in 2nd grade during COVID closures. I'm not sure how strict APS is in using the CogAt score or if it's more of a tie breaker.
last year it seemed like a straight cut off based off scores, but with the missing cogat score it was harder to draw that line. and it may differ based on middle school
