For intuition on where the ball/puck is, where the goal or target is, I have to say hockey, tennis and football. I don't like watching football, but I love beautiful passes and the physics involved.

For pure beauty and athleticism of a human body I'd have to say the circus. Not even gymnastics, but beyond that. The circus, espec. the traditional eastern European/Georgian (although of course there are worldwide talents). It's spectacular.

Watching the best skiers and snowboarders in beautiful terrain from a drone or helicopter is a good time imo
