I would buy a Bosch instead. Same company (Bosch <thermador < Gaggenau)

We’ve had problems with ours multiple times. The customer service is pretty good. I think it’s just luck of the draw.

Yes they are good value.

I see you can buy reasonably sized Thermadors for a regular sized kitchen. Are they worth it? I really can't stand all of the South Korean appliances from Samsung and LG that constantly seem to break and are a massive pain in the rear to take apart when you need to do a minor repair.

Thermadors are about 4-5x the price though...
