I'm not sure how lifesaving vaccines became the boogeyman to these folks. However, I do think that when people have too much time on their hands that they can go down dark conspiracy rabbit holes. This happened to a relative of mine. They don't go out much and don't work, so they have all day to stress out about conspiracies.
PS: My theory is that some of these people suffer from untreated anxiety and depression, and this is how it's coming out into the world.

Until someone dies or has a severe impact from a preventable disease, they are fine spreading this.
No they are too far gone. They will go to the funeral and then show up on Fox News talking about how the influx of immigrants is responsible for their child dying.
