JH is no longer an elementary school

We will probably be enrolling our 3rd grader there next year. Up until now we've been homeschooling due to a chronic illness that is now resolved. Our other choice would be opting into JH. Moving and private school are not options, in case anyone feels the need to suggest them. I looked at the CK website already but have a few questions.

Are there instruments they can learn aside from the band instruments (flute, trumpet, etc) listed on the music page? It very briefly mentions violin, as well.

What after school clubs are there? I couldn't find any listed on the school or PTA websites.

How much supplementation will we realistically have to do? I don't want to send her to school and basically have to keep homeschooling on top of that. On her last standardized test, she got top scores in math (no incorrect answers) and well above average in language arts.
