IEP and DEI are completely different and unrelated. IEP is about special education of disabled children.
Normally no..but read the DEI Executive Order…it includes “accessibility” which in some agencies at least is being interpreted as anything disability related….(which is why federal disability related websites are being taken down)

The Federal Government doesn't. Democratic bastions like FCPS school board will double down on it even more as a reaction to Dep of Education attacks. Regardless of what side you affiliate with, grab some popcorn and get ready for another interesting fight! I can't wait to sift through political emails to find the actual school related content I need.
DOE grants (e.g. Title I, etc) can be withdrawn if FCPS decides to flout the new rules about DEI.
