Sometimes it doesn't close depending on how severe.

After my twins, I went many years trying to get it to close a little more. Eventually after surgery, i feel great. I could tell immediately. I felt much more upright. I think it must have affected my center of gravity


Do you feel any downward pressure? Did you get a mesh put in? Here it might lead to weak pelvic floor and possible incontinence

Pelvic floor PT, Ann Nwabebo in Bethesda got me from 3 fingers to closed fully.

I had it after #2. PT helped a little bit, but I ultimately chose to have it fixed surgically.
