At the gym where I workout there’s a giant poster of Arnold Schwarzenegger with this quote:
“A well built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it, no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work.”
Always strikes me as no truer statement.

Bodyweight exercises (squats, planks, etc) are always a good place to start.
If you want to consider lifting, you should consider working with a trainer to help you learn form and safety.
