I’m going to make waffles for breakfast, coconut curry ramen for dinner.

Beef slow-cooked with root vegetables and perhaps couscous on the side. I ordered a galette des rois from a bakery, but I'm not sure they'll be open tomorrow as usual...

Our go-to is Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti (I make Martha Stewart’s quick tomato sauce to use in the chicken parm and over the spaghetti), with garlic bread.

But tomorrow I plan to make a sausage and tortellini soup in a tomato cream base, that someone on here posted on the last snow day cooking thread.

All of these suggestions are great.

Our snow day meal is usually chili but we did that for the last snowstorm so I’m thinking of making beef stew.

Sunday we are supposed to get some snow. I want to make something comforting and warm. Suggestions?
