Second El Patio or drive a little further to La Limena. I also really like Grandma Vera’s which does pop ups in bethesda and Kensington as they try to raise money for a rock and mortar—you can Google them to find out where they are and how to put in an order but their empanadas are delicious.

El Patio has good ones. And buy some small alfajores to go.
