I just checked several lists of “safe” brands and “unsafe” brands. They contradict each other!

One site says Twinings is fine. Another says it’s not. Same with several other brands.

i buy loose leaf and use a strainer... it's much stronger and more delicious than bagged, too.

Then the debris goes flying up your nose and on everything!

Same with the cracking open a plastic bottle cap. Splinters large plastic bits everywhere and back in the bottle, liquids, food out, your nose.

Did she find a dust spec in her tea bag? Microplastics galore? Mold?

Newsflash: all the “paper” cups you drink coffee and tea out of are also lined with plastic. I wish more people drinking for here would ask for mugs so more places would carry them.

This is OLD news! Most tea bags are bleached white with chemicals. I've been using natural tea bags for about 10 years.

They did a study about how many microplastics are floating in your tea with certain tea bags. It was a lot of plastic. Just look up which teas don't use the wrong kind of materials to make their tea bags and buy those.
