Good lord, let him have the win. That's not BigLaw money but it's not terrible (my sister's starting salary as an prosecutor was much lower).

Congratulations!! Your kid is getting gainfully employed. If he likes their purpose and ethics, its a win over getting big bucks at a place catering to interests of wealthy individuals and corporations.

How big is the firm? What type of law? And is he being hired as an attorney or a paralegal?
