Ireland won’t be warm, but the Gulf Stream means it usually has moderate weather. Ireland is almost always damp. Advantage of Spring/Fall over summer is that there are many fewer tourists. Easier to seem sights and hotels often are not as pricey as peak summer season.

I’d say London or Dublin and Belfast. It’s going to be so cold I’d want indoor activities. But I do love Iceland and I’d brave it if that’s your chance.

Iceland is $$$. Ireland will be colder and rainier but beautiful.
