Yes-my kid missed his basketball game last Saturday due to the little bit of snow, where they cancelled activities before 11 am. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again this week, but I get it that it takes time to deal with ice and all that.

And school related activities in school buildings of which there are many at the high school level every weekend.

No, the snow or wintry mix is predicted to arrive on Sunday 19th during the day. Saturday everything will be open. Monday is off. Back to school on Tuesday, when we need to watch out for morning temps in the single digits.
