I use an epilady and it also works fine though painful. I prefer to pull it out so it stays gone longer, especially now that I’m getting those pesky chin hairs.

It's painless and works well. Try it on arm or leg hair first if she is nervous. I wish it existed when I was a kid.

A PP whose daughter uses it. She is 15 and has been using it since about 10. It works well. It is especially an electric shaver, which it fine. No it doesn’t make hair grow back thicker or coarser- that is a myth. My DD has dark thick hair and it’s still fine and she doesn’t have noticeable stubble. She uses it maybe once per week. She is very sensitive to pain and isn’t interested in using any method that will hurt at all, she likes this.

Mine either! She uses the Flawless finishing touch wand. It work well, well enough anyhow. I’ve told her she can has laser hair removal whenever she wants, but so far isn’t interested and prefers this.

I absolutely would not shave it. It'll grow back spikey and not feel smooth within a day or two. Use facial hair removal cream.

Take her to a salon to have her lip waxed or threaded. Or teach her to wax/thread at home. Or use a razor. Or tweeze. Let her try some options and figure out what she prefers; it’s not rocket science.

Take her to a laser place. Its a worthy investment.
