Did you mean a buyer market? Because I think that's what it is currently due to the high interest rates. People aren't buying like they once were.

It’s like a giant shoe box with tacky finishings. It has a big yard but even that’s not worth 5 million.

5 million dollar house, but only 2 car front load garage despite being on a large lot. Modern exterior seems unimpressive for the pricepoint.
