Our second time, instead of a condo on the water, we stayed in a large house on Cougar point golf course. It was about the same price as a water front condo. We had 4 bedrooms, sun porch, huge living space, gourmet kitchen, no near neighbors etc and it was only a minute or so to bike to the beach.

We really like the Windswept condos with easy access to the beach and the Sanctuary.

We loved the 2BR condos at Turtle Point. You can call the shuttle to take you anywhere so if you’re golfing at different courses, it’s easy to get to. Very quick walk to the beach but we did have to bike, drive or shuttle to the pool/fitness center/tennis. You can also walk to the sanctuary hotel from this location which you can’t use the pool but you can’t eat at the restaurants, coffee shop, etc.

We have also stayed in West Beach, eg Shipwatchbut that is further from everything so although there’s typically more availability and cheaper, didn’t love the location.

Considering booking direct to have resort access. Please recommend location/lodging type. Need 2 bedrooms and intend to golf, bike, pool swim and fitness center.
