NP and black and white cookies would be cute. I saw that you have peanut allergies so it may not be a good idea, but my DD likes both the Meiji chocolate panda cookies (they come in little pouches or cartons) and that licorice that has the panda on it. Unfortunately a quick search suggests that they changed the packaging so it might not have a panda on it anymore.
My DD got panda earmuffs from Amazon for Christmas last year. They were ~$10 so a little pricey if you are looking for a favor but it would be fun because they could wear them all winter.
