Use water only as necessary – i.e., take shorter showers and quickly turn off faucets immediately after use.
Limit flushing toilets (do not flush after every use).

Yes and they keep raising our rates too.. for worse service?

You can use baby wipes for your stinky bits if you're a water hero, or take a 5 min shower if you're not.

Not judging. The county and WSSC should really not have let it come to this. Water main replacements were needed years ago. Customers should do their part to avoid a boil water advisory, but also should not bear the brunt of water mismanagement.
