W&M was 5th among public universities for highest salaries for undergraduate graduates working in finance according to the WSJ reports from about a year ago.

I guess I'll have to give up my job.

I seriously think people here need to muster up the courage to take an ELA course. They didn’t say that NO W&M person has ever work on the street, ffs.

They also didn't offer any real data points to back up what they say.

job in data?

Three were contracting jobs with large "beltway bandits" and the fourth was with a small firm that provides contracting support such as writing proposals for companies who are bidding on federal contracts. He took one of the beltway bandit jobs and is currently supporting a supply chain contract. The companies were all hiring for project management type work - looking for smart people with good communication skills that they could train.

can anyone with first hand knowledge speak to outcomes for business majors? do kids have to grind their own connections, or is decent recruiting done on campus / alumni. Comparing to W&L and Lehigh/Bucknell which seem to have strong paths/connections for business majors. Luv W&M, just worried about other schools presenting better opportunities
