My classes are about 50/50 when it comes to online vs. physical textbook. However I tend to purchase a physical textbook even if I have an online version due to migraine/concussion issues.

There seems to some sort of market for physical textbooks but I’m still trying to get a feel for it.

I’m the one who said my kids use mostly digital. They have had to buy a few but not many. One kid likes to keep them for reference. The other either rents them or sells them back as fast as she can.
