The Manassas location is part of NCAP West and that site is amazing. They have an extremely fast group of 11-12 boys.

I’d choose the site closest to you. Coaches at both Tysons and Burke are great. You can ask to do a practice with each to see which might be a better fit.

Two kids at Tysons and they are both extremely happy and doing very well. The coach mentioned above is awesome.

I will second the praise for Tyson’s Bronze 1/Silver 1 coach. My swimmer isn’t at Tyson’s, but is friends with several of their swimmers and has gotten to know that coach a little at meets and everyone raves about her.

At Tysons, your 9 yo would likely be in Bronze 1 or Bronze 2 depending on her times and your level of commitment. If Bronze 1, and assuming no coaching changes for next year, I can't say enough good things about the coach she'd have. It's definitely worth checking out if the location is convenient.

all NCap locations differ greatly and all run independently of one another so choose wisely. You're in luck though bc the sites in Virginia are much better than the ones in the Maryland.

Fairly new to Northern VA and was looking for a swim team for our 9 year old daughter. We were looking at different locations that may be close to us and see there is a a Tysons and Burke location. I wasn't sure if the teams all follow a similar training method or does it differ based on location. I only see a lot of feedback about the Burke location on the site. And was wondering if there was much of a difference between team locations.
