What you probably really want is "production music" which is made to be licensed for this sort of thing. Look at APM, which will license music for ~$75 per "needle drop" for "corporate videos" (which would include something made for personal use). There are also "buy-out" production music libraries where you can pay once and use the music as much as you want. No, you won't get the Beatles, but it will be far cheaper and easier to license.
A free option would be the 78 RPM collection on the Internet Archive, all of which is public domain.
