I was on Wisconsin in Bethesda late afternoon. The lanes are a little narrower than you expect but it was fine. Early morning it will be slippery.

My street is fine. Have people been driving around and if so, does that commute seem doable? Haven’t seen DC streets but they’re all highway/downtown, nothing residential.
