Her stats are likely too low for the T25. She will get much better info from her school counselor and naviance/scoir than this board particularly since she is not local.

It's going to be very hard for DCUMs to gauge the admissions potential of a student from a school outside the DMV unless it has a national profile. If she's at the top school in Des Moines or Phoenix or whereever, no one here is really going to be able to give you tailored advice.

Maybe Chicago (depending on the high school)
Pretty much anything outside of the top 10 liberal arts colleges and top 25 national universities.

I agree we need more info about size, location/setting, and geographic preferences. Would she prefer a large school or smaller liberal arts campus. She will have plenty of options based on the info provided. College counseling office should be able to provide substantial guidance.

Yes. This is very important. Otherwise, you're just going to get a variety of colleges with no grounding of fit or interest.

She is not in the DMV. Niece will take SAT for first time this spring. I don't know her PSAT. She is full pay I think.

OP here. She'd prefer NY/NJ/CT/MA/IL (where she has family) or west coast. She is open to all sizes. I think small to medium would be perfect, but she's open to large too if those are her only options.
She is quite social and extroverted.
