+1. Just expand the shower stall to make it full size.
Our master bathroom is pretty compact -- full size shower stall but just one sink and then toilet has its own door. There have been a handful of occasions when we've missed the double sink in our old place but mostly I don't think about it. If we had a larger bathroom I'd prioritize putting in a tub but it doesn't sound like you have room for that no matter what.
Meanwhile we have twin walk-in closets and I think it's a huge selling point.
Yes the ideal set up is to have both a larger bathroom and walk-in closets. But if that's not possible I don't necessarily think a bigger bathroom is obviously better.
