I have never gotten them in a flight personally- nowadays they aren't offered much except on the 12 hour+ flights, which I haven't been on. The ones I have seen online look too heavy for my taste, so I doubt I would take them if offered

We'd love to hear from seasoned travelers: what do you typically do with these items? It feels wasteful to simply discard them or leave them behind on the plane.
