Even if they don’t expressly want to view it, the internet seems to serve it up anyway. And even if they don’t have social media accounts, a Google search will return links to TikTok or YouTube videos that can be viewed without logging in. And even if they’re watching seemingly clean YouTube content, the algorithm might eventually slip in increasingly questionable stuff when it realizes it has an adolescent boy watching. (Or probably a girl, too. Just different kind of questionable.)
You get the drift. Just don’t ever assume your sweet innocent kid isn’t seeing something wildly inappropriate for their age.
