Tmobile Webguard (for cellular), in combo with a DNS service like Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 for Families (for your home WiFi).

There is no reliable way to do this. Your kids know more about this stuff than you ever will. You have to trust your kid and that you have done a good job with parenting up to this point.

The way to keep your kid safe is to not get them an iPhone. The end.

Even if they don’t expressly want to view it, the internet seems to serve it up anyway. And even if they don’t have social media accounts, a Google search will return links to TikTok or YouTube videos that can be viewed without logging in. And even if they’re watching seemingly clean YouTube content, the algorithm might eventually slip in increasingly questionable stuff when it realizes it has an adolescent boy watching. (Or probably a girl, too. Just different kind of questionable.)

You get the drift. Just don’t ever assume your sweet innocent kid isn’t seeing something wildly inappropriate for their age.

I use Verizon family. It costs an extra $15 per month.

I have been trying to do this with my tweens/teens and it's not easy. I have router controls but of course they can use cellular to access everything. There are apps that claim to do it, but they don't work completely.

Basically if they have a browser, they will see porn.

Easy don’t get them the phone. Just get them an Apple Watch

You don’t get them a phone with internet access.

It’s not easy to block access to all. It might be impossible. Even when you think you’ve blocked access, it still comes up. Be prepared for the end of the innocence.

+1. An iPhone isn't an appropriate device for any child. There is zero reason for a kid to have one.

I agree, but all these people doing this disservice to their kids is going to make life a lot easier for mine!
